What does a B2B Marketing Consultant do?
A B2B marketing consultant can help your SaaS business grow by helping you to identify the priority areas to focus on to deliver growth. One challenge in Europe is the lack of experience particularly amongst the marketing community as to the nuances associated with B2B SaaS. Work With Agility can bring strategic input to help ensure your marketing function is priortizing the right activities.
Unlike traditional consultancies our approach is not designed to generate report after report. Instead we focus on delivering actionable insights prioritizing the areas in need of most support.
How do we operate?
We offer a number of different models.
Ad Hoc ‘One off’ Engagements
These range from market entry plans, through to strategic audits through to projects like a website relaunch or visual identity upgrade.
2. Interim Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
With this model we act as the CMO leading a marketing team, setting strategic direction and managing prioritization. This can range from 1 day a week to 6-8 days a month.
3. B2B SaaS Workshops
These are often one off workshops where we discuss B2B SaaS marketing with attendees and look to ensure the focus is on shared learning and ideation.
What are the key benefits of using a B2B Marketing Consultancy?
The benefits include:
Access to experienced SaaS marketing professionals without the need to commit to a full time hire.
Flexible commercial models - no commitment needed beyond the duration of the initial agreed scope.
Ability to generate actionable insights and to ensure that marketing activities are prioritized.
Who do we help?
We work with a mix of clients primarily in the UK, Ireland and the US. Most are B2B SaaS startups that are post funding so are typically VC backed and are fast growing high potential startups.
